31/12/2024 Rule( In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Kerala Co-
operative Societies Act, 1969 (21 of 1969), the Government of Kerala hereby make the
following rules further to amend the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969, the
same having been previously published under Notifications No. Co-op B1/459/2019/Co-op dated 06th April, 2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extra Ordinary
No.1226 dated 13th April, 2022 and No. Co-op-B1/258/2019/Co-op dated 27th July,
2024 in the Kerala Gazette Extra Ordinary No.2430 dated 28th July, 2024 as required
by sub-section (1) of Section 109 of the said Act, namely:)
