The Gazette Notification is in connection with the weightage given to the coop.employees for their promotion to the post of Asst.Secretary @half marks for each completed year of service subject to a maximum of 10 marks along with their marks in the qualifying examination.The enabling proviso of Rule 185(5) will be omitted.
